I love the way you suggest to examine what I have achieved this year. I bet that few people would take this type of action, but instead be hard on themselves because they didn’t reach all of their goals in the exact way they thought each one should be achieved. Thanks for the great idea.

Aw, thanks to you both for highlighting the fundamental practice of self-care… I’m feeling miserable…it feels like a sudden storm out of nowhere…is it the rain, the solstice, my karma…whatever…the cure is always the same…tell the truth, identify my needs, take care of myself…so istead of the noose today, Im heading for Independence trail to go jogging and be in nature…

I think that a big problem in society is that people give up on their dreams and even sadder they don’t allow themselves to dream or set goals because they have convinced themselves that it will never happen.
